This also speeds the closing process and provides a service that your clients will greatly benefit from, helping you build repeat and referral customers!

If I have an appraisal do I need a home inspection?
Yes!
A home inspection provides you with an unbiased, detailed report about the condition of your purchase. You will receive a report detailing condition problems that need to be repaired.
While an appraiser looks for major issues within the home, their duty is to determine the marketability of the property, so the inspection involved is much less detailed. During a home inspection, an extensive search is conducted which will provide much more value to the future home owner.

Kevin received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University. He has been performing real estate appraisals and home inspections in North Central Missouri for over 20 years. He has completed the extra training needed to be FHA and VA certified. Kevin has also owned and managed rental properties for longer than 20 years.

Jeff has a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Banking and Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He has been working in the appraisal and home inspection industry for approximately a year. Jeff is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. He has completed all of the required classes to be a Certified Residential Appraiser.
